Are the Barts in the LG models any different? Basically I'm on the hunt for a cheap used set of P2's and I stumbled across a set of LG Barts for 5 string, though I won't be using these in a Roscoe. Would I experience any qualms with string alignment or anything??

Cheers!
+1 for CC and Gard replies + Roscoe Barts are P4, not P2 size!

Hey Data, I have Bart Classics in my LG and Fretless if you want to hear them.
Hey Crash,
Is there a specific model number of the CB 6 string replacement pu for Roscoes's? and also you've installed a Glockenklang pre before. is there a certain knob set for the stacked bass/treble pot? I've heard it's a little different. I'm thinking of going with a Glock pre and CB's on one of my 3006's.
Thanks, Will

Not sure of a specific model number on the 6 string CBs, these are designed specifically to fit a Roscoe 6 string and are different internally than the standard Classic for the 5 string unless there has been an across the board change on the 5. Roscoe has these in-stock and TBer Gard can hook you up or you can visit www.roscoeguitars.com for the phone number and give them a call, they can probably get them out to you today or tomorrow.

As for the Glock knobs, TBer RocketMusic is a Warwick Dealer and the Warwick knobs fit the Glock. The stacked set is 6mm bass (bottom) and 4mm treble (top). With RocketMusic you have to buy the complete set of knobs which cost me $25 shipped for 3-knobs and 1-stacked knob. It takes 7-10 days to get them. There have been a few people who have ordered from the UK and paid $8 + shipping for just the stacked knob, I am not sure what they paid for shipping.

Thanks CC, I appreciate you getting back to me and I hope you continue to get better and back to normal.

I tried the stock Roscoe/ Barts and the P4 CB's on my LG3005with MTNB preamp. I ended up sticking with the stock pickups. The sound was better ,to my ears, in a full band mix. It had a bigger sonic footprint that made drummers happy
The highs were better in a solo situation, but the low mid booty was better with the band.

So.... I have a set of Bart CB's for an LG3005 if anyone is interested.
