the Roscoe brought the thunder tonight

Played a combined concert tonight - blues by my band, japanese bands, and the Japanese Air Force (JASDF) band tonight. The Roscoe just continues to inspire - THUNDEROUS lows ( I just love it when I get to push the Aguilars loud!), clear expressive mids...just take a bath in bass tone gorgeousness!

10 mins after the show, I've got my boss thinking he's recording the wrong group (mine isn't recording this latest CD). "Can you guys do some tunes on the new recording?" heh....it's good to be in my band....

Great to hear! I've got my band sold on the sound and craftmanship that is Roscoe. I've never played through an Aggie rig, but my Roscoes through the Genz-Benz stuff I use doesn't sound half bad.

Good deal Jon! Did anyone scream Godzilla and run when you hit the "B"?

No godzirra, but there were plenty of Japanese school girls.

@Ray - I use an EA iAmp 800 through two Aggie GS112s.

Two shots from soundcheck, testing the theory that bass players are better in stupid hats. (Actually, it was snowing outside, and the hall was pretty cold still....)

And with aforementioned schoolgirls in the background....

Great stuff man!

Why do we play better making silly faces or in daft hats? I utilize a fedora that dosen't quiet fit, fwiw.
