Thanks man!
I tried something for a few days, and got frustrated. Left it alone for a while and I did that in about four tries.
Endeavor to Perservere!

It's not finished but I thought that I'd post it to get some feedback and maybe some idea's/suggestions on what it needs. I really like the intro and beginning but I'm not sure if the middle part fits. It just sounded like a cool thing to do at the time.
I used my Roscoe fretted (Spanish cedar/Bart/Demeter) & Roscoe fretless (ash/Bart/Audere/diamondwood) Autumn Breeze
P.S. I'm just copied the same fretless line in all of the solo parts (for lack of time). I'm going to work on it some more tonight.

Reason: add P.S.

So tell us about the production! It sounds like the BR-600 drums, but they sound better somehow. Almost like they've been spread stereo wise. Is this a Sonar prouction with BR-600 drums? |

Is this a Sonar production with BR-600 drums? | Thanks Greg. Actually I did it all on the Roland although I did create the drum parts. I panned the fretless and chordal parts ( per the bass orchestra masters recommended instructions! ). Maybe it just created a bit more space for the drum parts.
I'm not sure why I keep putting off diving into the Sonar software. I believe it's due to spending so much time on PC's at work and just not wanting to sit behind one to record.
....That and because even though it's a pain, I do understand the Roland BR-600 and can get a finished product out. Quote: |
