I'm curious if you have any info about my fretless SKB3006. I picked it up used from a guy in Memphis a few years back. The best investment I ever made.... currently looking for another Roscoe... perhaps an LG fretless.
Also... I'm looking for some suggestions on how to resolve an issue with the volume knob. If I crank it all the way up, it tends to cut out. I pretty much have to leave it backed off a tad to have consistent sound. I'm a little hesitant to leave it with just any repair shop. Right now, it's my only axe...
I also get a pretty bad buzz in many venues... could be the wiring at these dive bars, but my guitar player doesn't seem to have the same issue... and you KNOW how those skinny stringed things can make noise. Related to the volume knob thing, perhaps?
