Serial #question. Is there #0001 Roscoe?

Hi guys, I alwasy wondered about this but never had a chance to ask ,or couldn't find anyone could answer to this question. Recently I only find some 5XXX numbers, I am assuming Keith made 5000+ Roscoes already ,but not so sure.

Any information about this?

Good question, it would probably be a Guitar and not a bass since Keith started building guitars first.

There must be a serial # "1" somewhere....as Clint pointed out it is almost certainly a guitar.

We don't have a clue where or what it is, sorry...

The lowest serial number for a bass that I have seen was 3000. A friend has a LG2005 with a number of 3106.

Here are a couple pics of his LG2005.

I've owned two old ones, both LG-3005's. The first (3269) was stolen, and the second (3212) i just got recently. I'm definitely curious to know how early in they are in the total of basses.

here's a thread about the new one and some upgrades:
