| | | | Skyscraper pic??? Anyone have any pictures of the old style Skyscraper basses,
the ones with the hole cut out in the body. I always thought that was a very cool bass.

| | | | I am really really really happy with his more recent body shapes and finishes.
Why?
I don't know. Like timeless. Tasteful. Mature.
(D*&^* Keith. Who knew? Maybe some few did. This is like finding out that Rush Limbaugh is actually a liberal Mexican woman. Okay, maybe not, since that explains so much.)
Okay so you have to crawl before you swim.
What? |

| | | | WOW...great memories, I remember a black Skyscraper 5 string w/ Kahler made for Will Lee of the Letterman Show.
Do you still have that headstock as an option? |

I lived on Tate St and played the same dives with Roscoe in the late 70s early 80s when he had the guitar shop above aliza's. Mr Trueheart was my handle. He once took my Gibson Ripper fretless for me just for kicks, and then put them back. I think Bobby Kelly and Ken Hoover were associated with him then and I still have a Zion bass made by Ken. My 3005 is number 1 but this little Sky Scraper caught my eye and reminded me of an earlier time when we just played. |
