There are plenty of exceptions to that rule, but we mainly list instruments and amps online. Accessories, not so much.
I'm sure that'll change at some point. When I eventually have a code monkey working here with nothing better to do than write accessory listings all day, then we'll push it more. For now, I'm the code monkey. |

God Bless, Ray | Sounds good, Ray. And 3.5 would also work for me, but like Joel, I just never found one I liked. Tried the 4" Italias and loved em. But I could be swayed into using something else!

I do like the somewhat tacky surface on the inside (side) of the strap that keeps it from sliding on my shoulder. It seems to offset any balance issues nicely IMO.
Other than that, a Roscoe logo whould be cool! |

I'm going to actually use the strap for a while to see what I like about it and where I can improve it.
Stay tooned.

First, I never thought about the taper at all, but now that you mention it, there's no need for the strap to be wide right there, and the corners are just kind of flapping loose, so I'd say tapered is better. No excess material.
I prefer the suede back. Yes, it pulls my shirt if I move it, but once I get the shirt and the strap where I want them, they stay put. I like that.
I don't feel any need for any need for padding on the strap. If it's 3.5" or 4" wide, and not stiff, it spreads the pressure evenly enough that it doesn't bother me.
I'll be interested to see what you come up with. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
