Thursday is my big day!

Just two more days until I put in the order for my first Roscoe! Here's what I'll be getting:

SKB 3006
Swamp Ash Body
Bubinga Top
Spalted Purpleheart With Sapwood Fingerboard
Standard Maple/Purpleheart/Maple Neck

Nordstrand DC6 Pickups
Audere 4-Band Pre

Standard 12th Fret Inlay
Black Hardware
Graph-Tech Graphite Nut

<--This does little justice to how excited I really am..

Just a thought...

Since you're going to have purpleheart as the fingerboard, what about a maple/wenge/maple neck? Might give some nice sustain qualities...

Just a thought....

.......and let the waiting begin!!!

It's very likely that your bass will be built in increments of 2 weeks! Of course the last 2 weeks is always the longest!

Make sure to show progress pic's so that we can live precariously through your experiance!

Just spoke with Ed...it's official, your serial number is 5918, and it will be done...

...ask Joe up there...

(late August or early September, as Ed & Gelb sacrificed a stock order's production slot for you! )

Now Gard.......we only mess with you 'cause we like you!

I only wish I was currently in the "only two more weeks" club!

....and improvpwnd, August or September is an unreal time frame for a new Roscoe!

You need to take this Ed dude out for lunch for giving you that build slot!
