| Just moved, the house is in town, and in a subdivision, BUT, it is a good 250' off the street (left over large plot in the subdivision, got REALLY lucky to snag it!). We just didn't think that the distance off the street was going to be an issue for cable, but it appears they need to do some fancy work to get the line to be sufficient to get cable/internet/phone to work well that far off the main line. Which means "construction" (not our cost, thankfully!). Which means waiting until they can schedule it...and that's looking like AFTER the holidays right now.
