Attempted to make a seasonal adjustment this evening to my beloved Roscoe and quickly discovered a rather disappointing issue. The "allen" end of the nut has been wallowed out so that the typical Roscoe wrench wont do a thing. It just spins. Are there any quick and cheap solutions I can look into.. Ive come across the stew mack wrenches ...which sze should I use and how do i go about putting in a new nut...lastly would I be better served letting the good ole Roscoe boys do there thing..im only a few hours away...

Were you a long distance away, I'd suggest cutting a slot across the nut, so a flathead screwdriver could turn it, removing it, and replacing the nut with a fresh one.

If there's any way you can hit town during the week, we can get that re-angle knocked out no trouble.
Jerry & Joe, stop it, flattery won't get you a free bass.
