Hey guys, Thinking of changing out the bart/Bart electronics on my Roscoe SKB 3005 (the one in the avatar). Where can I get an Aggie OBP 3 preamp for a SKB 3005? Also a set of Nordstrand DC5 pups?

I'm sure that Gard could probably work something out for you.

Brian at Bestbassgear.com could also fix you up.

What Jome said, and I don't know if the Nord DC5's are wound any different for Roscoe or from the ones they sell to everyone else besides choosing whether you want them in Parallel or Series. I got an Aggie OBP-3 pre and different Nord p-ups for another bass of mine from Bestbassgear.com too before I got my Roscoe.

If i decide to change the pups I can get the Nords DC's for Roscoes from Blueberryhill bass. The pups for Roscoes are bigger than the standard Nords. I havn't seen the right 4 knob configuration in the Aggie OBP 3 so far. I'll check bestBass gear,

thanks.

The winding is not different on our DC pickups, but the cover for 5 and 6 strings are the same size, so if the bass is a 5, you'll need to make sure they know it's for a Roscoe (Nordstrand has all of the necessary information to make them correctly). Jay will definitely take care of you on the pickups.

The OBP-3 is available with the stacked treble/bass and push/pull midrange, we kept that in stock at Bass Central when I worked there, so I'm certain that any Aguilar retailer can get that for you.
