Used Roscoe "official" sales ala Sadowsky?

I have an LG3004, and of course I need another. Just looking for an offical stance (if there is one) from Roscoe.

Also, neck dive issues on LG3006 vs SKB3006?

I would prefer the smaller body, but if the dive is worse, I can suck it up and get the bigger boy.

Thanks!

...as if a polar bear weren't dangerous enough already, with a chainsaw?

We don't involve ourselves in the used market at all, so we can't be of any assistance, other than confirming specs and/or build dates, sorry...

On the LG 3006 versus SKB 3006, if EVERYTHING is equal (and it rarely if ever is! ), then the SKB will most likely be less prone to neck-dive. That said, I have never really had any issues with comfort while playing an LG 3006 on a strap.

Damn, he lookin' for a gig? We can always use someone that comes with their own router...and as big as he is, he won't need a ladder to get stuff from the high shelves...

...anytime on the help, always happy to give assistance to a fellow Roscoehead!

Well, I just pulled the trigger on a used SKB6! It is the clone of my LG3004 in specs/wood/color.

That looks really nice. I've got 2 SKB3006. Very comfortable basses. Just strung the fretted with DR Black Beauties this weekend and the bass sounded unbelievable through and Epi502 and Epi 112 on a gig on the weekend.

^ Yet more evidence I need to try those BB's! Thanks for the info, which is even more appropriate since we have nearly identical rigs.

Sorry for the tangent - congrats on really nice instrument! And the Polar Bear is awesome.

Nice SKB!!! I actually thought about buying that last week. Is that a pau ferro board? Didn't planetbass have it listed as an ebony board by mistake?

Yeah, it is definetly not ebony. PF would be my guess. I am sure once I have the ser# I can inquire with Roscoe for the official info.

Oh, the waiting.......

The four is the best bass I have played.

I have tried to play every bass that rolls thru that store.

That said, I might have to sell it so I can pay for the 6. I am trying to sell some of my modulus basses but they are not going fast enough.

I really didn't need to know this. I only have one kidney left. j/k!

BTW, I'm not generally an 'amber' person, but that dark ambercolor, on the web anyway, is vera vera nice. Is the FB on the 4 pao ferro? looks like rosewood.
