What's the tone of a Vera fretboard?

Oh well...........Looks like the bass is sold now......

However, vera should sound fairly similar to maple (although IMO finger board contributes little to the sound of a Roscoe due to thickness).

Check this Thread out......This may be the bass and the Thread also discusses vera as a finger board ...

There's that Joe dude yet again...

Vera is similar in tone to maple, not quite as dry/snappy, but close.
