Welcome home #4207!!!

Well, after 2+ years since the first time I missed my chance, this SKB-3007 has finally made it's way into my life!

#4207

SKB 3007
Exhibition Quilt Maple top
Spanish Cedar body
Trans. Black finish (Roscoe's first)
Bartolini 3-band preamp
Bartolini pickups
Ebony fingerboard
Maple/Spalted Purpleheart neck
Estate Ivory nut
Black hardware

What do you guys think? Gard, can you dig up any other details on this bass? What is the control layout as far as function goes? Which model Bart pickups would it have?

Special thanks to Ben Dauer (benjobass) for letting me right the wrong that I made when I missed out on this one several years ago when the original owner was selling it!

Sweet. Going for the "none more black" look there, I see.

Yes it is. I was orignally going to buy it from Steve several years ago when he had it for sale, but I missed my chance. Thankfully, I don't have to regret that anymore.

Wow. I'm still adjusting to a SKB6 but that bass looks great.

This bass kills.
If it were a 6 I would have kept it. Alas, my SKB3006 is all alone in my stable at this point. Glad this one went to a good home. Thanks for the smooth transaction Jason and have fun with it.

Peace,
Benjamin
