A word about Gard

Hey good evening TB. Like so many of you, I am a gear ADDICT. Some time ago Gard messaged me regarding a question I had, and we had a back and forth for a good long while. He is absolutely a gentleman and a reflection of the great service Roscoe has to offer. I haven't had the good fortune of owning a Roscoe bass (yet) but the ones I have played have been top notch in every respect. Heck, they had me thinking I was a 5 string player again for a while

Again, I just wanted it to be known that Gard went out of his way to be kind and helpful, which I appreciated at the time and continue to now. "Smaller" companies often depend on word of mouth to further their business, so I felt it important and appropriate to put these particular words out there for the TB public to consider.

Thanks again, and I look forward to more conversations with this gentleman!

Don't tell anyone I said this, but in all seriousness TalkBass (and my day) wouldn't be nearly as fun or the same without Gard.

Keith got smart to hire the guy IMO.

Top notch guy, top notch company.

God Bless, Ray

Glad to see this picked up a bit of life.

Be sure that all the NYC bass addict chaps are hearing the same message detailed above.

Thumbs up

+1 to all the above.

Gard's one of the few that says what he'll do and actually does it.

On a serious note, I wish more companies had the customer service that Gard provides for Roscoe. The world of retail would be a much better place to deal with, for sure.

Now we have to tone it back a bit or the guy will start to get a big head!
