Bass Player Wanted WI/IL based

I have a friend who has this great gig and they are looking for a bass player. They do a couple of different styles and work a bunch. The band has a full coach bus and driver. They have a tour manager and play all over. I don't know much about the pay, but they do pay. Professional gear and attitude.
Sorry about that, They are mainly a pop country band. They also take side jobs doing a Hanna Montana Cover thing. There are some originals involved supporting the leader of the band. A huge personallity 13 year old with a recording contract.. The band has the potential to make it to a higher level.
I have filled in with them, but I just can't manage 2 groups.

hey, how old would i have to be to play bass for them?

I do not think they have an age. I know they are looking for someone who can play and learn songs quickly since they have a good schedule that cannot be interrupted.
20 or 30 songs in a week or 2, from what I understand. Charts and notes are taken on stage, but the basics need to be there.
