I sometimes sub for some friends who have a "Kindie" band here in L.A.
It's a fun band--sort of indie pop/rock sound, great songs, nice folks.
They play lots of parties, fairs, the occasional celebrity kid's b-day party, school events, etc. The gigs are most always during the day. If anybody is interested shoot me a PM. They have a regular guy who goes out on tour a lot, so they always need a sub on hand. I've gotten too busy to do it for now myself. They need somebody who can have fun onstage entertaining kids, has a relatively hip/youthful image (regardless of age), can learn the recorded parts to about an hour set's worth of tunes and be willing to jump around a little. |
