As it says on the tin really.
My new project is looking for a bassist to complete a 4 piece lineup. We're based in West Sussex and are all experienced and all come from successful local bands so have plenty of contacts between us so getting gigs shouldn't be a problem.
You'll need to be committed as we're looking to be out and gigging once or twice a week and plan to rehearse once a week (probably Wednesdays).
You'll therefore need to be reliable, have your own gear and transport.
Initially, we'll be working on covers but do also have some original material in the offing as well and whilst some is already written, there is plenty of opportunity to get involved with writing and bring any original stuff you might have to the table.
Although age is unimportant, to give a rough idea, the average age of the band is early thirties |
