f you like/play like Robert Turner, Mani, Simon Jones, or Les Pattinson we want to hear from you. Original Indie Rock band The Crushing Low is currently looking for a Bassist. Influences include Doves, Catherine Wheel, BRMC, JAMC, Echo & The Bunnymen, The Verve, Swervedriver, The Appleseed Cast, Ride, My Bloody Valentine, The Delays, The Stone Roses, Radiohead and Spiritualized amongst others. We are looking in particular for players who are willing to put the song first and foremost, playing as little or as much as necessary. We are currently in the studio, will need bass added and are playing out a couple of times a month. We practice at least 1x a week in Somerville.
