We...
are an established 5 piece metal band who needs to replace a bassist who is departing under friendly terms. Our individual influences are varied and wide ranging, but the band's style could be compared to the likes of Opeth, Behemoth and Nevermore. We play an average of about 2 - 3 shows a month and are looking to increase that over time, until reaching touring status. We are known for a well-rounded stage performance and tight and expressive musical timing. We play smaller shows as well as supporting numerous national acts.

should be experienced in a variety of bass techniques and have the will and ability to practice in and out of band practice. You should also be considering this a career move and willing to dedicate yourself to the band's success. You should also have or be able to easily obtain professional-level equipment and have the ability to attend approximately 9 evening practices a month + shows. You also must be able to collaborate and give and receive constructive criticism.
