I'm currently playing guitar in a band with rock, funk, hip hop, soul, and blues tendencies. We've been together about two years, and business is really starting to pick up for us. We've recently formed a development deal with a Sony subsidiary, and are on our way into the studio to record our second EP. A short fall tour is on the horizon.
However, our bassist has become increasingly busy with school and we're amicably parting ways, so we need a replacement.
We're looking for someone in the mid-20s/early 30s age range, well versed in groovy, in the pocket playing. Gender and race is unimportant. We're ready to take this as far as we can, and we ask the same of a potential bassist.
The stuff on our EPK (link below) is about a year old; and we've come a long way since then. We have 25 originals and about as many covers that we drop in and out of set rotation.
