Janek | On the subscription page, there are 3 price levels; for the UK, for the rest of Europe, and for overseas. Not sure about single issues, however.

Unless things have changed over the past 20 years, it should be available in "some" mag.shops. That's when I bought a copy of that magazine in Toronto,Canada.(pricey though)
