Hi Janek,
I have seen that you have a hipshot tuner in your low string. I would like to know how you tune your fodera. Thanks a lot, you're a master

Not that I am Janek or a master, but his bass is tuned E-A-D-G-C with a drop tuner that I believe he sets up to tune down to B...

Janek, am I right?

Cheers,

Jason

I know Matt Garrison does it that way.
E-A-D-G-C with the D-Tuner set to low B

Janek. I've been using the HipShot "Double Stop" lever on my D-Tuner with good results.
Gives you two positions as opposed to one.
I have it set to "D" and to "B".
Have you checked it out by chance?

Mostly been using a .105 with good results. Just have to be a lighter on it. Thinking about maybe trying a .110, but don't want the balance between the other strings to be out with it.
