G-System

Janek,

I noticed you took the T.C. Electronic's G-System with you on tour. I was wondering what you thought about it in general and how it performed on the road. Also anything else you may have to say about it. Thanks!

I've only had it for a few weeks so my knowledge, like most things technical when it comes to the bass, is limited right now. I love the sub loops for external pedals, the control of being able to do pretty much anything your brain thinks up, and the fact that it's pretty much indestructible is great for the road. I'm going to be messing with it at home and in the studio over the summer and I hope I can turn it into the permanent centre piece of my pedal board.

Easy,

Janek

Janek, I know you are still messing with the G System but I had a few quick questions:

Is it just the floor board piece or is there a rack piece too?

I am assuming you can blend the external pedals (that are in the external loop) with your dry bass signal......

Anyway, I do some overdrive, bass synth, and octave sounds live and this G-System may be a cool way to expand on that.

Thanks,

Ryan
