I was wondering will the drop A# tuning warp my basses neck? Its a schecter diamond series 4 string

Use heavier strings and tighten the truss rod. Your bass was built to be tuned EADG with probably 40-100 gauge strings, by down tuning you are giving your neck less tension or in your case MUCH less tension. Heavier strings will make up for some of that lost tension.

If this is all greek to you, take it to a tech.
