Thanks Janek, really enjoyed this one.

Perhaps next time you could discuss more specifically the things you're thinking about re improvisation, from a modal/intervallic/chord based point of view? That'd be cool.

Just discover this thread and downloaded your podcasts. Thank you there is some much infomation and great music. I already went and bought some of the Michael Breaker tunes.

One question when you play during the podcast what bass are you using. Sometimes I think its a acoustic bass, then its sounds electric. Is that your Fodera?
