This exercise is from one of his original video podcasts, which appear to be free now, so the cat is out of the bag. If you were wondering what kind of content was in the lessons, its stuff like this. This is only one small example.
I wrote out an exercise he shows in all keys. It is for a V-i resolution, but playing a diminished lick over where the V would be, and arpeggiating the minor i chord.
Note - any mistakes in the notation are all mine, I enharmonic-ized stuff to make it easier in some places. This is not endorsed or anything by Janek, and if he doesn't want this up here, I will take it down, but it looks like he made his original batch of videos available now so here is one small exercise.
