Is there a way that i can remember scales by just looking my fretboard???

you should really try not to make it a visual thing. All sounds of tonality should be in your ear, and the ability to switch between chord and scale qualities should come from hearing the context of the musical situation you're in.

there are only a finite number of ways you can play minor and major scales for instance on the bass. So once you've established the various few patterns it should be a problem to remember them if you're practicing regularly every day.
