Playing RnB

Hey Janek, I am a bass player who has experience mostly just playing jazz but I also dig playing more RnB type stuff. I was wondering what artists in that genre you are into and some stuff that you think as a bass player would be good to listen to for transcribing or really getting into the style of playing in general. Early Marcus Miller - He's played with a number of RnB artists.

Check out Erykah Badu's 'Baduizm' (in particular the live album) for some serious R'n'B bass playing (quite a bit of Jazz inluence too).
