I didn't realize they had put a trailer up online for the DVD yet..... I'm looking forward to checking out the final cut when it comes out in a couple of months.

Easy,

Janek

Hi Janek, I'd be interested to see what your contribution to this is too.

I shot a Janek Gwizdala instructional DVD for these cats. There are one on one lesson segments, live band stuff, and interviews. I'm sure when it's coming out but i'll post in here as soon as I hear.

If that website has any desire to look credible, and NOT look like an infomercial transcript for a scam business trying to swindle money, they need a redesign ASAP. What are they thinking?! Heinous.

Either way, I'm looking forward to your first instructional DVD, Janek. I'd buy it in a second.

Say what you will, but that style of sales page with big red headlines and cheesy sales talk is what's proven to work and it gets people to buy. I've seen the same bassguitarsecrets ad running on Google for a long time now. He wouldn't continue to pay for those ads if he wasn't getting customers.

Appealing to the lowest common denominator. It's how infomercials work.

Nobody said it doesn't work, but it doesn't give it any semblance of credibility. Good products don't need advertising with such desperation.

Apparently good products need sometimes to overcome apathy.

Thanks for your interest but we're not accepting any more registrations and it's also very unlikely that we'll ever run this class again...
