Question Theory questions!

Hey Janek, first off, I'm insanely jealous of your Fodera! It's one of the most beautiful, and good sounding instruments I've seen / heard. I watched a couple of your videos online from a clinic that TC Electronic filmed, and I got the feeling your very well-versed in theory.

I'll give you the low-down on my playing style. The main project I'm in now is a Prog-Rock/Fusion/Fusion-Funk band and I like to play all over the bass. I wish I knew more patterns and ways to get around the neck in the same key, but I'm not knowledgeable in almost any theory.

Where should I start? What could help me? Please!!

Best Regards,

Brooks

Brooks,

You might want to start by signing the mailing list here: www.videobasslessons.tv

because there are actually three free video lessons you'll get just for doing that, and that might help you start understanding some of things you have questions about.

Thanks,

Janek
