Hi Janek-

I live in Buffalo (go Rangers!) and will be in the city April 9-12 visiting my son who is working-STILL- on Wall Street. I'd love to sit in someplace during my stay and wonder if you could serve up some suggestions. If you have the time, check out my youtube page to give you an idea of my ability, or lack thereof.

Because I'm flying and playing the fleabag tourist scene, I'm not bringing my bass. Thanks!!

I'm actually on tour in Europe right now so I'm sorry for the late reply. Sitting in in NYC is probably something you can do at cleopatra's neadle on bradway and 92nd street, St. Nicks Pub (can't remember the address) and a few other places. But your best bet is to get hold of a copy of the village voice. Everything in NYC is listed in there, and also at allaboutjazz.
