Hi all,
Just as a matter of interest I thought it would be fun to see what everyone is working on right now.
I've just started transcribing Paul Chamber's walking line on "Oleo" from the Miles Davis album "Relaxin' With the Miles Davis Quintet".
Let's see what we're all up to.
All the best,
Steve |

Last thing I've done was John Patitucci's solo on "Spaceships" from his Sketchbook CD. Great solo.
Janek- Miles on SNC; F major on the blues rules!
Nah but seriously, great solo, everyone should know that. |

It's kind of weird, right? Not really outling the 1625 etc, more diatonic? Or is that wrong? The time on that is a little weird as well. Did you hear the outtake sessions where Miles says "Paul, keep the tempo up there" LOL. |

Mark | I was lucky enough to go to and see Lawrence doing a masterclass on Tuesday at the ICMP in Kilburn.
He really is a fantastic player, there's a possibility that he will be doing private teaching there.
