Hey big-bottomed brothers,
I'll be late to this, but I'm still planning on coming. The wife and I are driving to a wedding in Iowa the night before, so depending on how much fun we have, I might be back in town in time to only miss a little, or I could miss a lot.

Therefore, none of you are allowed to leave until I get there. Especially if you're bringing cool gear.

I'll be there, but I think Sam has a gig!

I have sent PMs to all on the list above and those on the list from the July GTG. PM me if you did not get the location info, or if you want to attend and had not sent a request yet.

See you all!

Aggh. I'm not going to make it - the family decided that it should be 'Renaissance Festival' time. So I have to go eat a turkey leg and ogle women wrangle the kids at the Ren Fest.

Drat....:/

I had made a post a while back on here regarding a set of used Pyramid Golds quite a while back, and somebody from MN PM'd me with some questions about them ... I tried to go back and find the PM so I knew who it was, but evidently it is long gone ... if it was somebody that reads this and is going to the GTG give a shout if you want me to bring the bass they are strung on ... nothing special, just a cheap old Squier I have around, but you can at least get the idea of tension and feel of them ...

I need a leather strap for my new bass. Before I buy one and you have one, bring it Sunday. Cheap and ratty is better than minty.

Hay, I am so glad that it looks like we will have a good turn out.
I want to run down a few things.
We will have some chow for everyone, nothing fancy, burgers & brats along with picnic type fixens. I'll have some beer in the fridge but bring your own. If you have special dietary needs you can bring your own tofu burgers or rib eye steaks to cook up. I have probably the cheapest pop machine in the state and it will be stocked.

Bring a table to put your things out on if you have stuff to sell, a folding chair would be nice too along with a extension cord & guitar stands.

Load in & out will be easy. I have a 16' overhead door you can pull up to and roll in.

If the GAS gets to bad and you just have to have something someone is selling, there is a Wells Fargo & TCF bank less then 1/2 mi away. I will have enough cash in my safe to make change for people if needed.

About all my basses will be on the blocks, the ones I really like might take more to get from me but like they say "If the price is right" and I can take Visa- Mastercard.

I will have a drum kit & PA set up so we can do some jammin. The kit is good but the crash is junk & the ride is ok. So if you play bring a crash and sticks. I have heard through the grapevine that Timmy is a great drummer.......

I will have signs posted at the freeway off ramps and on the streets coming to the shop. Watch for these signs. If you get lost the shop phone # is 763-391-8055
Matt & I are really looking forward to this.

I'll be a bit late, depending on when my wife makes it back from her class reunion. I'll be bringing my GK MB212 combo (plus a bunch of other goodies).
