‘Gear Listing’ for the International GTG in metro NYC August 3rd
Hello Folks
I talked to MM and He mentioned to feel free start another thread for the possible gear listing for the event. (My apologies if there is a thread like this out there. I’m formalizing it with this one).
This thread is a good place for the following.
-List any gear that you know you are bringing.
-Also if there is something that you would like to see there (within reason of course) post it…
Have Fun and Stay Groovy

MM
P.S. Oh yeah, I'd like to hear some Avatar cabs. I know at least a couple of you cats have got 'em. Also a Carvin B1500 head, if anyone has one of those to bring...

- Morch Curl 6 fretted
- Morch Singlecut 5 fretless
- Carl Thompson Bolt-on 4 fretted
Phil Jones Bass buddy (so I can check out basses with headphones if the room is too noisy). I can bring anything else in my profile if there are requests...assuming I have a way to get all my gear there. If I am bringing a car, I'll bring more stuff.
What I'd love to check out:
- Any exotic basses that aren't readily available to check out in music shops.
- Some bass jams with the community!!! |

If anyone has a Pensa, I'd love you. |

Pedalboard with many pedals | Statii, a souped up Jazz and a very cool old retro Aria - drool. Some VERY nice stuff there, David, and elsewhere in the thread. I did a rehearsal with a band today and we played a cover of "Rio" at absolutely breakneck tempo. That SB-1000 would have been a great pose for that number!
I'd love to be able to bring some stuff long along, but realistically flying trans-Atlantic with a bass and then keeping it secure in a hotel for 5 nights ain't gonna happen.
I'll have to just bring something more portable to keep you guys interested. Like my wallet... if I buy you guys a beer, can I try your basses out, please?
Nino, I'm really loving that vintage P5 of yours. And the white Sadowsky 4 string.
