I'll answer first!

Hey Gubna,

I just ran across your ad and thought it was a great idea. Others will follow soon.

I live in the Benicia area and play in the band EL84 .

I play a Benavente and Fender P bass. I use an Ampeg SVT CL and HLF610.

I have tried or owned pretty much all makes of basses and amps, but my G.A.S is never ending, so who knows what I will be using next.

Hey, I live in Sacramento....
known for what it's near....."yeah, we're, like, right between the Bay Area and Tahoe.."

Sacto's not bad, just a bit culturally backwards at times.

I play in an instrumental prog rock/industrial jazz band (see myspace below)
The songs aren't necessarily indicitive of what our capabilities are, being quite a new band, and all. We hope to update soon.

I play Modulus basses and a couple of synths.

later, stefano

Hey Stefano,

Cool tunes man! I see you are playing the Kennel Club on 10-5. We were scheduled to play there on the 6th, but had to cancel.

Rock on!

Blind Edge. Christian rock w/a smattering of classic rock tossed in for good measure. I play Stambaugh fretted & fretless 6s, a Fender J-5 & a Warwick 4 through a D-180 & RR1X15. We're from Vacaville(near Sacto). We're having a party in Andrew's park next Saturday(10/6). Food, noise, no preaching- just love.

Been watching your Wishbass for awhile. Anyway, not in a band anymore but I think I have found the sound I have always wanted with my 1996 MIA P bass and Sunn 2000s and Sunn 2x15 bottom. Got some other goodies too. I have met at least three other TB'ers due to local CL deals and they were all cool dudes. Nice to see the bay area people here.

Cool to see a bunch of Nor Cal-ers out there. Anyone go to the San Francisco Bass Weekend the last two years in the Mission District ? Great clinics and performances.

Thanks LO bass for the networking...I dig your band. Kennel Club in Sacto is an awesome venue, but you have to bring your own crowd---or rely on the other bands to bring a crowd. Nothing "built in" there.

If anyone wants any inside scoop on any Sacto clubs, let me know....let's share it on the forum for everyone's benefit.
