Man, I wish I was still living in Illinois. This would be the perfect setting to put my new setup though its paces, and Il is A LOT closer that Az!!!!

In the past month, I've gotten a Schroeder Mini 12+ (I live in an apartment and don't gig at the moment), a Dingwall Afterburner 6, and my TFB550-B just landed yesterday! I've only had about 20 minutes to play it, but I'll just say that standing in front of that amp/cab setup while working that Dingwall B string was somewhat like those old commercials where the guy is sitting in an armchair listening to his stereo, looking like he was in a gale....

I guess you guys won't really be missing anything though with Vic bringing his TF. Hey, Vic, did your wife ever live in northern Illinois? I used to know a girl over there who became a vet, then moved further south in Il. I actually used to live right down the road from where Dave cranks out those T-funks.

I'll see if I can make it. What time are you on? I'm on at 9:30. Classic rock and blues. No clue on cover.

That'd be cool, but a HUGE undertaking! Maybe even a list of who'll be there and what day too?

Agreed. I may try, but I'd only have the thread to use as source, and I bet that's not a complete list.

Maybe have a signup sheet at Tom's? I know it sounds super nerdy, but I do think it'd be a super cool tag on the thread.

I've been sorta silent on this one, 'cept for trading pms with Burk.

Right now it looks like about a 70 percent chance I can make it on Friday. Saturday is definitely out, but Friday may work. If I do make it, I'll bring these three, unless somebody specifically wants to see something different.....

Alembic Series I

Marchlewski

Hanewinckel Ceres Artist

Tom,

If you can pm me with directions.

Peace,

James

Okay, James, now you really gotta come! Your august company and your fine Alembic were reasons enough, but now that you've dropped that Marchlewski on me, I am really going to flip out if you're not there on Friday!

I just got back from catching Incgnito at the Majestic, Great show. Anyway, It looks like James and I are going to try to make it Friday. I know I'll miss Mikebass, but I wouldn't want to show him up and I've heard him a couple of thousand times so I know all his licks anyway! Dan1099 was talking about coming with us. I'll bring the Lowly Sadowsky MV5 NYC and a Geddy Lee that I haven't received yet which was owned by a famous rock star with a Gateway carpet covered SVT Cab! I may bring my LDS 210 Neo too.

Actually, after assessing the situation last night, there is in fact a staggering amount of "clutter!"

Life with two kids under the age of 5 will do that to you. Plus, I am a major pack rat (surprise!).
