sorry to have to back out... I'm getting hit with extra workload at the office and have some major time/money issues on the personal front (about to legally evict a tenant and need to get the place ready to rent back out once they are out).
If someone else wants to run with this, I'll try to make it, but otherwise I'll be looking to put something together in the Spring maybe.
