There are a few ways to negotiate this:

1) Make use of your presumptive selling. Tell; Don't ask!
2) Make a cash offer
3) Benadryl for dessert (slip out while she's snoozing - it'll be going on for a while)

and if none of that works...

4) Tell her bass player GTGs definitely don't make her ass look big in those pants.
