Allen | Not to hijack your thread or anything, but I LOVE Harper's Ferry... Used to go down and play at the Old Time Christmas with brass groups from SHepherd (in my tuba playing "pre-bass" days...), then go get some barbecue at the little train car burger stand. Used to nike the C&O a lot too... Went to church in Inwood at First Baptist... and was out at Hedgesville quite a bit doing Band stuff back in the "Gary Marvel" days... he ain't teaching now is he?

I have no reason for picking that place other than it's right in the middle of our locations, so if you have a better place, please post it.
Also, if you know of a place where we could jam afterward, please post.

Next time I will have my drummers kit setup as well as PA and a guitar amp. I live on well over an acre so getting a little loud won't bother the neighbors. |
