Midwest Worship bassist GTG????

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey there!

A couple of us have been PMing and e-mailing back and forth and there seems to be several Worship bassists in the midwest.

would there be any interest in a GTG to swap songs, stories., techniques, etc and of course coffee?

for those of you who are Lutheran - you can bring a hot dish to pass!

Seriously - might be a good time.....

Post if you are interested and if we get enough interest, we will set something up!!!

Peace:

Doug

Interested. Might bring a budding bassist with me if he's interested as well.

I'd be down for it. Where are you guys thinking, Chicago? That's a 6 hour drive for me but it would be worth it.

Maybe.....Chi-town is "kinda" centralized.....maybe we can schedule it around a concert etc.....

Speaking of concerts (nice segue huh?) I am really bummed!

We are taking my son to college at Augustana next week and there is a "family weekend" in early September.....I will be in Canada all week (coming home on Saturday) and Kutlass is playing a concert at Augie on Friday night! I would LOVE to see them live! Arggggh!

You got me all worked up for a second there; I thought you meant the Augie here in Iowa, just an hour south of me, but it's the one in Illinois. D'oh! Always wanted to see them live.

I had to do a double take on this one. I originally read "buddhist bassist."

There seems to be some interest...let's get some dates and locations....

November/December are looking good for me! September is kinda filled up with work related projects where I will be out of town and October may be the same....

anyone know of any good concerts we can plan around?

Please keep me in the loop, if you don't mind a Pagan boy in attendance!
