Nashville TB'ers - help needed!

Folks,
I'll be coming out to Nashville to attend Victor's camp.
Because of flight schedules, I have to come in a day early (flying in on April 20.
I'd appreciate suggestions for a cheap, decent place to stay near the airport.
Thanks!

I recommend that you AVOID the Super 8 at Spence lane. On the other hand, there's a Holiday Inn Express on the other side of Spence lane that is nice, there's probably an airport shuttle too. There are some pretty spooky cheap hotels here. Stick with one of the big chains and you'll be okay.

Reviews show La Quinta as being OK. Does that fit with what you see out there?

Just curious why you want to stay near the airport? The Bass camp is way out west of Nashville (I'm about 40 minutes from the airport on the west side & Victor's camp is another 15-20 minutes west of me...).

They're providing transport from the airport (for folks like me that are flying in).
I'm open to other suggestions, though.

Going with La Quinta, then...
If anyone has compelling reasons to choose otherwise (and recommendations to go along with them) let me know...
Thanks, folks, for the tips.
