Nashvillle Next Wed Night? Anywhere good to watch live music and maybe Jam?

Sign in to disble this ad
My company is having a huge kickoff in Nashville next week and I am looking for something cool to do next Wed night. Live music, maybe a guitard I am with can jam.... etc.

I will be bringing 20+ people including a bunch of women, so somehere not too dumpy would be great!

Any recommendations?

Thx!

The're alot of cool places there. One of my fav's is the Cadilliac Ranch. It's right on Broadway, as are most of the honkey tonks.

Several very nice places around Nashville I have been to are the Gibson Showcase (extremely nice) inside the mall near the Grand Ole Opry and Opryland Hotel. There is also a Gibson store there. B.B. King's, The Stages, and The Wildhorse Saloon (huge place) all in downtown Nashville

Hands down: Lower Broadway.

The live music gets started around noon, even on a Wednesday, with singer/songwriters. The bands start in early afternoon.
Rippy's, Tootsies, Roberts, the Stage, Legend's Corner, Cadillac Ranch are all on the same block more or less (on Broadway between 2nd and 5th), then there's BB Kings, The Wildhorse and a dozen more on 2nd Avenue

3RD & LINDSLEY - the wooten brothers will be/should be playing there as they do every Wednesday. Check http://www.nashvillescene.com/ for local listings and bands playing. The Rutledge - one of the best venues in town. usually have some good bands playing. Stay away The End, Muse, and The Anchor....all hole in the walls that usually don't have anything worth while going on at them.

Thanks for the ideas. I am staying at Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center in Nashville, so something within staggering distanced would be great!
