Whitehouse Auto / True Value used to sponsor the dirt car I raced at Oakshade Raceway.
I got the heck out of there and I now live in Colorado so don't count on me attending. |

I haven't been on Oakshades site in years. I found this pic of my old roomates sportsman #8.
He's my brother in laws brother ( also named Cole), we all raced there.
I always had fun. If you think playing bass is expensive, stay away from race cars. |

The one time I went to Oakshade, I went on a good run until I spun in the heat. Had to go to the C, and went from 10th to third in 3 laps before doing the same thing again. Kevin Cole wont it, if I recall......98 I believe it was.

It's amazing that I can remember every single detail on racing, or a radio show I am into....I'd be bill gates by now if my memory retention for work were that on.

I've got a box full of old racing pics in the closet, I should go look through them.
Memories, I haven't thought of that place in quite some time. |
