Seattle Bass Day GTG 5/22/11

Located in West Seattle at the Shipwreck Tavern.

GTG set for Sunday May 22. Time frame would be 1 to 4:30 ish. And yes, this would be 21 and over.

4210 Southwest Admiral Way
Seattle, WA 98116

From I-5, take the West Seattle bridge, then the Admiral Way exit and drive to the top of the hill where the grocery store and Jack in the Box is, and it will be on the right.

I'll definately try to make it. I've never been to a TB GTG so it should be fun to put faces to some of the names. How do these things usually go? What can I expect?

It's too hard to get folks to rush in and out that gig on saturdays, and some have to make the long drive back.

Plenty of lead time to schedule the day off.

I wish I was home. I'd be there for sure. Sadly, I'm out of state for work (and I HATE it!!!!).

I've got a GB Streamliner 900 and Berg HS210 that I could bring along as well as a custom Ben Lindsey 1966 Fender-style bass (I actually don't yet have it in my possession, but should soon). I want to hear about your guys' gear, and then I want to actually hear it come May.

I should make it for a while. I'll have to bail around 3:00 to go to work ( just down road) . I'll bring my GK MB fusion and a TC 210. Warwick Streamer Jazzman 5 string and 2010 Warwick Rockbass Corvette 5 string that I had defretted.

I've been really interested in those Fusions. Can't wait to hear it! Oh, and still loving that Lakland, btw.

Cross-posted to Washington State Bassists Club.

Thanks for organizing a meet-up, Caca de Kick! I'd like to swing by if I can.

Because more folks tend to work and/or gig on saturdays than sundays.

Yes. What is the protocol for these events?
