Christian bass players I’ve been thinking of having a GTG in south suburbs for a while and I finally got a spot. let me know your interest level and whatever ideas you might have.
Date: October 24th 2009
Time: 1:00 to 6:00 PM or until they put us out.
Location: Christ Community Church, 1151 E 170th St in South Holland, Illinois 
All bassist are welcome as well as other musicians, we ask only that everyone be mindful and respectful that this will be a faith based GTG, the common factor being we all love the bass.
I'm hoping to get some sponsers for givaways, there will be open jam sessions and light refreshments.
So bring your favorite basses, amps, stomp boxes, drummers, guitarist etc and let’s have a good time.

Thanks for putting this together. With my work schedule, nothing is certain, but at this time both of those dates are free. Count me in as an enthusicastic, if tentative, YES!
Looks like it's right off the highway and easy to get too also!
