He seemed at least open to the idea. I will talk to him again, he has room for a clinic, and he also has a decent selection of basses ( not boutique) that folks could check out. His store is also cool since most of his bass instructors are students of the great fusion and jazz bassist, Tom Kennedy. One of his major salesmen is also a killer bassist. Since he is a Ernie Ball/Music Man dealer, maybe we could get Tony Levin for a clinic! Hey, why not dream?

Tony Levin is wishful thinking at this point. I will go by the shop tomorrow and tell him that a buzz is starting to develop about a Talkbass GTG in Edwardsville.

Fazio's in West St. Louis County off Manchester Road is about the most exotic you will find.
