I'll be visiting family in the DC area in August if anyone wants to try to get together for lunch or coffee or something.

If you stretch it out to the 16th you could see SMV at Wolftrap, a couple of us will be there.

I'm out in Springfield now. Spent the day in Alexandria. Tomorrow it looks like I'll be dragged out to Potomac Mills and if I can get back early enough I want to try to stop by Jive Sound.

Atomic Music in college park is a nice place too. They just deal in used equipment, but they normally have a fairly large stock.

Defintely do stop by.

If it's outside of my regular hours, give me a call and I'll be happy to set up a time to open up for you.

If you stop by on a Saturday, it's a strong liklihood you'll run into a TBer or 2.

The humidity is actually less here than in MA but I used to live here for about 8 yrs. But the humidity is nothing compared to Houston.

Well I made it to Jive Sound. There's some nice stuff there. I got to meet the proprietor and a few TB'ers.

Thanks for letting me hang for a while.

Well, like any used music place, it depends on what's in stock. Lately, yes, its been rather dry, but I bought my main axe, my BTB Prestige 5ver for just 600 there, and I've found some other goodies also.

You probably have to wait towards the end of the college year when all the UMD students are running out of cash and need beer money.
