34" or 35" scale string set?

I received this reply from an ebay seller about an unlabeled string set:

On the ball end there is 7/8" from the end of the ball to the end of the blue winding. Then there is 35 7/8" of string. Then 14" of winding.

Is this string set for a 34" or 35" scale bass?

Sounds like it will fit both depending on the bridge.
