35" scale string through body.

I just got a cool USA millenium 5 plus on ebay and when I went to put new strings on it they were too short. I usually use less expensive strings like D Adario XLs. ( I definatly prefer round wound)

I'll be specific. The B and E string where the winding starts to taper was actually sitting in the nut rather than the full sized wrap. I temporarily remedied this by removing the two strings and installing them on the bridge rather than through the body.

Could some one recomend a low cost round wound that will fit my 35" scale through body?

Cool! Thanks! The local music store didnt have the answer to that question. And they certainly didn't stock the DAdario Xtra longs.

juststrings.com sells them cheap. if you're buying local, make absolutely sure you get the SL suffix. as in EXL165SL.
